General Requirements
All refunds and exchanges require proof of purchase via sales invoice.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product* from Paddock, return it with sales invoice within 30 days in its original container and/or packaging in saleable condition for a refund, exchange or store credit for your original purchase price to the actual credit/debit card that the original account was charged to. You may call 866-723-3625 to receive a Return Authorization or you may walk it into one of our Outdoor Super Stores throughout the Southwest. Click here for store locations.

Restocking Fee
Some returns not for exchange may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Unfortunately, due to Federal regulations and safety issues, Paddock is not permitted to accept returns of chemical products.
